1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for preparing cupcake pan

    1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder

    ½ teaspoon salt

    1 cup granulated sugar

    ½ cup Crisco, plus more for preparing cupcake pan

    ½ cup cannabis butter, at room temperature

    2 eggs

    ½ cup milk

    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    ½ teaspoon lemon extract

    1 can Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy fluffy, white frosting


    1. Heat oven to 350 F.
    2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
    3. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream the sugar with the Crisco and cannabis butter. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and lemon extracts. Slowly incorporate flour mixture, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
    4. Grease and flour cupcake pans before filling wells three-quarters full with cake batter. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cupcakes cool before topping with the frosting!
